For the Zucchini
  • 2 medium Zucchini Replace with broccoli, bell peppers, or asparagus if needed.
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Any neutral cooking oil works well as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Ghee or a plant-based butter can serve as alternatives.
For Flavoring
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced finely for even distribution.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (optional) Can be omitted if not available.

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper. Allow to rest while heating the skillet.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. Reduce heat and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the seared steak to the skillet, tossing with zucchini and garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
