Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine gluten-free flour, unflavored protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually mix in the plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt to the flour mixture until it forms a sticky dough.
  4. Divide dough into 10 equal portions, roll them into balls.
  5. Flatten each dough ball, place about a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, and seal.
  6. If using egg, beat it and brush the tops of the bagel bites, then sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  7. Arrange the bagel bites in the air fryer basket, cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the bagel bites to cool for a few minutes before serving.
