  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet batter, folding gently until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together an additional spoonful of maple syrup and cinnamon until well blended for the cinnamon swirl.
  4. Grease a loaf pan and pour half of the batter in, drizzle the cinnamon mixture on top, then add the remaining batter and create a light swirl.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
