Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into ½-inch pieces for even cooking. Toss the chicken with olive oil and poultry seasoning, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl and mix in minced garlic, parsley, and crushed red pepper. Spread the mixture over sliced Italian loaf and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter on low heat. Sauté minced garlic, add heavy cream and stir. Mix in Parmesan cheese and parsley, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread, add chicken, and top with mozzarella. Add remaining sauce and return to the oven to bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing to serve warm.

Notes
Use day-old bread for the best texture. Marinate chicken for added flavor, and consider using fresh mozzarella for a gooey texture.
