Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into ½-inch pieces for even cooking. Toss the chicken with olive oil and poultry seasoning, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl and mix in minced garlic, parsley, and crushed red pepper. Spread the mixture over sliced Italian loaf and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter on low heat. Sauté minced garlic, add heavy cream and stir. Mix in Parmesan cheese and parsley, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread, add chicken, and top with mozzarella. Add remaining sauce and return to the oven to bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
