- Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over each crust, filling each cup about three-quarters full. Add chopped apples evenly on top.
- Combine flour, coconut oil, and brown sugar for the topping. Sprinkle it generously over the apples.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges look set and centers have a slight jiggle. Let cool for 15 minutes before refrigeration.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
