- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add in the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Separate the biscuit dough into pieces and flatten each to create a small circle.
- Spoon around 1 tablespoon of the cooled apple filling into the center of each biscuit circle. Place a piece of caramel candy on top, then fold and seal the biscuit.
- Place the bombs seam-side down in the greased baking dish, brush with melted butter, and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream or caramel sauce.
