Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add in the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into pieces and flatten each to create a small circle.
  4. Spoon around 1 tablespoon of the cooled apple filling into the center of each biscuit circle. Place a piece of caramel candy on top, then fold and seal the biscuit.
  5. Place the bombs seam-side down in the greased baking dish, brush with melted butter, and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
