Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them evenly on a non-stick baking sheet, sealing any seams.
  2. Bake for approximately 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and flaky. Once done, remove from oven and let cool completely.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, draining excess fat. Add the taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Set aside.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled crescent roll crust, layer seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Add lettuce if serving immediately.
  6. Cut into squares and serve warm with additional toppings.
