Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Beat together ½ cup of softened butter and ½ cup each of brown sugar and granulated sugar along with ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the butter-sugar blend while mixing on low.
  5. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  6. Transfer the dough to a nonstick deep-dish pizza pan, pressing it evenly across the bottom.
  7. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven, sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips over it, allowing them to melt, then add graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows.
  9. Broil the pizza for 1-3 minutes, watching carefully until the marshmallows are golden.
  10. Let the pizza cool for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
