  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks green onion separate green and white parts
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (e.g., avocado oil) high smoke point oil recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, granulated sugar, and black pepper. Add sriracha to taste.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Combine thinly sliced beef with baking soda and garlic powder in another bowl. Drizzle in prepared sauce and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cook the Beef: Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes, then set aside.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add chopped onion and Chinese broccoli. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until onion is translucent.
  5. Cook Noodles: Add prepared rice noodles and half of the reserved sauce to the skillet. Toss over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Stir in bean sprouts and remaining sauce, mixing for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Finish the Dish: Return seared beef to the skillet, toss gently to combine, adjust seasoning with salt, and serve.
