  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries Or use cranberry sauce.
For Basting
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter This adds flavor and moisture.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Chopped, or use dried herbs.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, optional for milder flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make deep cuts in a grid pattern on the crusty bread, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  3. Insert pieces of Brie cheese into every other cut and spoon fresh cranberries or cranberry sauce into the cuts.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the exterior and cuts of the scored bread with the infused butter mixture.
  6. Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed, and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden-brown.
  8. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before serving.
