- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make deep cuts in a grid pattern on the crusty bread, being careful not to slice all the way through.
- Insert pieces of Brie cheese into every other cut and spoon fresh cranberries or cranberry sauce into the cuts.
- In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the exterior and cuts of the scored bread with the infused butter mixture.
- Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed, and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden-brown.
- Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before serving.
