Step-by-Step Instructions for Stuffed Seafood Bread Bowl
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out the sourdough bread bowl and set aside the insides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese. Add green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and lump crab meat. Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl evenly.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with reserved bread chunks or crackers.
