- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice mini brioche buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Spread it over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Evenly distribute cooked turkey over the mayo-mustard coated buns. Spoon whole berry cranberry sauce generously over the turkey.
- Add a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey and cranberry. Press the top halves of the buns down.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and parsley. Brush over the assembled sliders.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool briefly before separating. Serve warm.
