Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Zesty Chimichurri Garlic Bread
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a food processor, combine scallions, parsley, fresh oregano, olive oil, red wine vinegar, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse until well blended.
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick sections, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Brush the prepared chimichurri sauce between the baguette slices and on top of the bread.
- Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed.
- Bake the wrapped bread in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve hot.
