- If using spinach, thaw it in a colander and squeeze out excess water. For fresh broccoli, briefly boil then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, bacon, drained vegetables, and minced garlic. Add ranch dressing and half of the cheese and mix well.
- Consider adding ranch seasoning for extra flavor, then mix again.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading evenly and packing slightly.
- Top with the remaining cheese, covering the mixture completely.
