- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add the Italian seasoning, marinara sauce, almond flour, and cubed chicken, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9” x 13” casserole dish.
- Layer the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle finely crushed Parmesan crisps or pork rinds over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
