Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  2. Push beef to one side, add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream, and scrape browned bits from the bottom.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
