- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Gradually mix in flour and salt until a stiff dough forms, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips, crushed potato chips, and whole pretzel twists.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a layer about half an inch thick.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is slightly set.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with caramel and melted chocolate, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Once cooled completely (about 30 minutes), break apart into pieces and enjoy!
