Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Place flour in a third dish.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking dish.
  6. Mix the remaining Parmesan with mozzarella and minced garlic for the topping.
  7. Spoon the cheese mixture over the chicken breasts and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
