Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, maple syrup, dried thyme, dried sage, fennel seeds, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to blend everything together thoroughly until well incorporated.
  2. Scoop about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. Place the formed patties on a plate.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-low heat. Allow the oil to warm for about 2 minutes.
  4. Carefully add the formed patties to the skillet in batches, cooking each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Enjoy immediately or store for later.
