Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut each boneless skinless chicken breast into three large strips and marinate in milk or buttermilk for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) allowing for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), half of the Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Lay the marinated chicken strips in a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread the topping mixture over each strip, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken cool, then serve alongside steamed vegetables and garnish with parsley if desired.
