Method
 

Toasting Baguette
  1. Slice a baguette into 16 even pieces, about 1-inch thick. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Crab Toast Assembly
  1. Mash 2 ripe California avocados with fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold in claw crabmeat and mayonnaise, spread on toasted baguette, and garnish with micro greens.
BLT Toast Assembly
  1. Mash another avocado, season with salt and pepper, layer on toasted baguette, top with chopped bacon, halved grape tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
Lime Brûlée Toast Assembly
  1. Mash the last avocado with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Spread on baguette, sprinkle with brown sugar, and use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden.
  2. Finish with candied almonds and lime zest for presentation.
