Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash the 3 overripe bananas until smooth, then add 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter and whisk until well combined.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, followed by 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Then add 2 room-temperature eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisking for about one minute.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients, folding gently to keep the batter airy.
- Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to the batter, folding it in gently until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in 2/3 cup of chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes, checking for doneness by inserting a knife into the center.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
Use ripe bananas and avoid overmixing to ensure a light and moist texture. Add flavor with spices as desired.
