Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey shredded or sliced
  • 8 oz Swiss/Provolone Cheese slices
  • 12 sliders Slider Rolls/Mini Brioche Buns
  • 1 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbl Dijon Mustard
For Flavor Enhancement
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 tbl Melted Butter
  • 1 tbl Poppy Seeds optional

Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl and spread on the cut sides of the bottom rolls.
  4. Layer the cooked turkey over the bottom rolls evenly.
  5. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey layer.
  6. Top with slices of Swiss or provolone cheese.
  7. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional poppy seeds in a bowl, brush over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before separating and serve warm.
