Steps to Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl and spread on the cut sides of the bottom rolls.
- Layer the cooked turkey over the bottom rolls evenly.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey layer.
- Top with slices of Swiss or provolone cheese.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional poppy seeds in a bowl, brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before separating and serve warm.
