- In a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add the box of instant white chocolate pudding mix and gradually drizzle in 1/2 cup of cold whole milk while mixing on low speed. Continue mixing for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in 1 cup of thawed whipped topping using a spatula to retain airiness. Ensure no streaks of whipped topping remain.
- Gently mix in 1 cup of quartered fun-size peanut butter cups, 1/2 cup of Reese’s minis, and 1/4 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, serve the dip in a serving dish garnished with reserved candy pieces along with cookies or fresh fruit.
