- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Stir to distribute seasoning evenly throughout the mixture.
- Lay your tortillas flat and evenly distribute the cheesy chicken mixture along the center of each tortilla, leaving an inch of space on the edges.
- Starting at one end, roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides. Place each wrap seam-side down.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the wraps seam-side down, cooking for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.
