Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, cocoa powder, and your chosen sweetener. Stir until well blended.
  2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls. Gently flatten each ball to form a cookie shape.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the shaped cookies, ensuring space in between.
  4. Cover the baking sheet and refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes.
  5. For firmer cookies, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
