- Gather all ingredients and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet and white chocolate chips. Melt over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract until well combined.
- Divide fudge mixture in half. Color one half with red food coloring. Pour white fudge into the pan, top with red fudge and swirl.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
