Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and 1 cup of water over medium heat. Stir until honey dissolves, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Partially peel the cucumber, cut it into 1-inch chunks for blending.
  3. In a high-powered blender, add cucumber, pineapple, lime juice, and 2 cups of cold, filtered water. Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture, if desired.
  5. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold, filtered water. Adjust sweetness with honey syrup as needed.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice garnished with cucumber slices or a pineapple wedge.
