Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Pistachio Tiramisu
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the double cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Beat the mascarpone and pistachio cream together in another bowl until completely smooth.
  3. Gently fold the mascarpone mixture into the whipped cream until well combined and creamy.
  4. Pour strong coffee into a shallow dish and allow it to cool. Quickly dip each savoiardi sponge finger into the coffee and layer them in a medium-sized dish.
  5. Spoon a layer of the pistachio cream mixture over the first layer of soaked ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the process with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and pistachio cream mixture.
  7. Finish with a final layer of pistachio cream mixture on top.
  8. Pipe extra pistachio cream on top and create a feathered pattern. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped roasted pistachios.
