  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden.
  3. After golden, turn potstickers over and add 1/4 cup of water. Cover with a lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
