Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Thinly slice the chicken and vegetables. Mince garlic. Whisk the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil for the sauce.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Cook Veggies: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, stir-fry zucchini and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and stir for another 30 seconds.
  4. Combine and Sauce: Add chicken back to the skillet, pour sauce over and toss to coat. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or on its own.
