- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, chop them into small, uniform cubes.
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the diced sweet potatoes and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden-brown.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts and optional ingredients as desired, along with the seasonings.
- Continue to cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
