Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Cold Coffee: Combine coarsely ground dark roast coffee with cold water in a large jar or container. Stir and cover, then steep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.
  2. Muddle the Berries & Herbs: In a separate glass, add fresh blackberries, sage leaves, and maple syrup. Muddle until juicy and fragrant.
  3. Strain the Cold Brew: After 12 hours, strain the coffee concentrate using a coffee filter or fine mesh strainer.
  4. Assemble the Drinks: Divide the muddled mixture into serving glasses, fill with ice, and pour the strained cold brew over it.
  5. Froth the Oat Milk: Warm the oat milk in a saucepan, whisk in additional maple syrup until silky and frothy.
  6. Top with Foam: Dollop the whipped oat milk foam over the cold brew and garnish with sage leaves and whole blackberries.
