  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs or chocolate cookies for a twist
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar adjust based on preference
For the Cream Filling
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream cold
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure recommended
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar sifted for smooth consistency
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest and juice
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Fresh Berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries; or seasonal favorites

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until wet sand-like. Press into the tart pan and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Make the cream filling by whipping cold heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, lemon zest, and juice in a separate bowl. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Once crust is chilled, spread the cream filling evenly over the crust with a spatula.
  4. Arrange fresh berries artistically on top of the cream filling.
  5. Chill the assembled tart for at least 1 hour before serving.
