Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add your breakfast sausage links and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together large eggs with a splash of milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, adding butter. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently for about 3-5 minutes until softly cooked.
