Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken, sautéing for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add an additional tablespoon of olive oil and toss in the shucked corn and sliced zucchini. Season and cook for about 3–4 minutes until slightly charred.
