- In a large bowl, mix together ranch dressing and BBQ sauce, reserving half for serving later.
- Add the cut chicken pieces to the bowl with the remaining marinade and toss thoroughly.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your oven to broil and prepare a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and cooking spray.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, about 6-7 pieces per skewer.
