  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic fresh is best
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice use fresh
  • to taste Salt & Pepper for seasoning
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayo or substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh is preferred
For Serving
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled turnips
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. Add chicken, coat well, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly oil the surface.
  3. Place the marinated chicken on the grill or pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve sliced chicken arranged on a platter or in pita bread, drizzled with garlic sauce and garnished with fresh vegetables.
