Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat a skillet and combine the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and gently stir to coat them evenly.
  7. Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish and serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped parsley.
