Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your fresh shrimp, bok choy, and garlic. Ensure the shrimp is peeled and deveined. Chop bok choy into bite-sized pieces, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes until shimmering.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the hot skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the fresh shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Once the shrimp is cooked, add the chopped bok choy to the skillet and stir gently for 2–3 minutes until wilted but crisp.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and lime juice over the mixture, add red pepper flakes, and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently for another minute.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro.
