Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 pound of lean ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink. Season with garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and low sodium soy sauce. Mix in optional sriracha to taste.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and pour in avocado oil. Add in shredded Brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
  3. Once Brussels sprouts are caramelized, return cooked ground beef to the skillet. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
