Cooking Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 pound of lean ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink. Season with garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and low sodium soy sauce. Mix in optional sriracha to taste.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and pour in avocado oil. Add in shredded Brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
- Once Brussels sprouts are caramelized, return cooked ground beef to the skillet. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
