Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the puff pastry in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add diced ham, and fresh spinach. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts.
  3. Roll out thawed puff pastry to 1/8 inch thick, cut into 4x4 inch squares, and fill them with the ham and spinach mixture.
  4. Fold each square over to form a triangle, seal the edges, and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the puffs cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
