Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, corn kernels, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle additional mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
