Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  2. Toss broccoli florets with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper on a sheet pan. Roast for about 10 minutes.
  3. Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF (230ºC) after roasting.
  4. In a large bowl, mix roasted broccoli with chicken sausage, frozen tortellini, remaining olive oil, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Lightly coat the sheet pan with olive oil and spread the mixed ingredients evenly.
  6. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes until heated through and edges are crispy.
  7. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top and serve warm.
