For the Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Add in the last 30 minutes for best consistency.
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle it at the end to maximize meltiness.
For Garnish and Extras

Preparation
  1. Season your boneless skinless chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure each piece is well-coated.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning until fully combined.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into your slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Set your slow cooker to LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella and freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
