Steps to Prepare
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken tenders in a bowl or resealable bag. Pour avocado oil and sprinkle blackened seasoning mix over chicken. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Spicy Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, brown sugar, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Make the Butter Mixture: Whisk melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley together in a bowl.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through. Let rest.
- Toast the Buns: Preheat oven broiler. Spread the butter mixture on the insides of buns and broil for about 2 minutes until golden.
- Assemble the Sliders: Layer blackened chicken, cheese, lettuce, red onion, and dill pickles on the buns. Drizzle spicy sauce over and top with the other half of the buns.
