  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F. Drizzle vegetable oil over the cooking surface.
  2. Add diced skirt steak and sliced onions to the hot grill. Season with onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 4 to 8 minutes until browned and tender.
  3. Push the steak and onions aside and lay the flour tortillas flat on the grill to warm them up.
