  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger freshly grated
  • to taste Red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss with olive oil in a mixing bowl. Spread on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden.
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a mixing bowl and toss with the sticky glaze until coated.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
