- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut it into strips approximately 1 inch wide and 4 inches long.
- Wrap each cocktail sausage in a pastry strip, sealing with a bit of egg wash, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the wrapped sausages with the beaten egg.
- In a bowl, combine honey, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the baked sausages with the glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
