Method
 

Recipe Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut it into strips approximately 1 inch wide and 4 inches long.
  3. Wrap each cocktail sausage in a pastry strip, sealing with a bit of egg wash, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops of the wrapped sausages with the beaten egg.
  5. In a bowl, combine honey, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush the baked sausages with the glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
