Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap each wonton wrapper around a cream horn or cone mold, sealing edges with water.
- In a deep frying pan, heat coconut oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry wrapped wonton cones for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Stir in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt while warm.
- Cube or flake the tuna into bite-sized pieces. Add Kewpie mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sriracha, and lime zest, mixing well.
- Fill each fried wonton cone with sushi rice, slices of avocado, and the tuna mixture.
- Sprinkle furikake or black sesame seeds on top and assemble cones upright for serving.
